I had a appt Back in December 2024 supposed to have follow ups every couple months. For the last 10months I have not been back due to office calling, rescheduling saying he will not be in or available it has to be changed. I accepted it this long until it happened again. I finally told Office when they called this is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable I will just find a new Dr to see. Scheduling needs to do better.
Trying to get my chart on my new phone. They keep saying that they sent me an email to fix my problem, but I never received an email from them to help me resolve the problem.
