Absolutely love Dr. Barakat, but his coordinator could do better with communication & having compassion towards patients.

Worst experience ever. I waited 2 hours to see him for 10 minutes. He totally disregarded any of my concerns as " not important "changed my medication without explaining to me anything about it, had me fill out a form that he was supposed to address with me and never did. He put in his report that he did all these things that he didn't do which is malpractice. I called the practice manager to report this issue and she simply stated that he was " old school "and that's the way that he did it. I told her it shouldn't matter wh... read more
I liked him but trying to get in to see him in a timely manner won't happen, I had an appt for Oct 11 that THEY CANCELED on me and now can't get in till Dec 27, hope I'm still alive by then.
