I am extremely disappointed with the poor communication and lack of professionalism at this clinic. I booked a session for 2:30 PM and physically went to the office, only to find the door locked and the office closed. When I called to find out what was happening, I was told the session was supposed to be online—despite there being absolutely no mention of this being a virtual appointment during the online booking process.
