I was initially extremely disappointed when I booked a 2:30 PM session, showed up to a locked clinic, and found out it was supposed to be online without any prior notice (the Zoom link didn't arrive until 2:31 PM). However, the manager reached out a week later to explain it was a technical glitch on their website and confirmed they have now fixed the issue.
