Love Love Love Dr. Norris & all of the staff! Dr. Norris was very thorough, making me feel extreamly educated after leaving my appointment. She spent the entire 2 hours with me during the allergy testing/my first visit. This is very impressive being most physicians will have you see the PA until after one year as patient... Highly recommend!
When Dr. Norris left the Rontal-Akervall Clinic relationship the patients were thrown into chaos. Our immuntherapy serum was not allow to be transferred to the Doctor new location/practice for over a month...so our every 2 week shot regiment didn't happen for 6 weeks. Very disorganized! Shot are now given in a basically what looks like a broom closet.
Dr. Barak-Norris has been seeing both my boys now 16 and 12 since they were little! She always takes the time to explain procedures and reasons for medications. She is very thorough. Although at times there can be a wait (when have you ever been to a Dr or Dentist that was 100% on time ALL the time. How about NEVER) but nothing crazy. I would definitely recommend her and have referred numerous patients to her. Thanks for your amazing care over all these years!!
Dr. Barak-Norris is amazing! She was very thorough and spent a lot of time with me addressing all of my concerns. She’s extemely kind and caring. I will definitely be going back to her. She’s the best allergy doctor around!
