Originally gave 5 stars, no more. Got a statement a month later I owe $45. I knew I paid the co pay there. Turns out its not the office copay. They tell you to have a hearing test there, but don't tell you you will have to pay another $45 ! for it ! So revising my review, The Dr was good, the office is inefficent, and this charge I was unaware of displeases me. ! Dr. Barak Greenfield is a skilled and friendly doctor. He examined his patient thoroughly and took the time to listen carefully, making sure all concerns were addressed. However, my experience with the office staff was not as positive. On one occasion, I asked to schedule two appointments—one for a strobe procedure and another with Dr. Greenfield to review the results. I didn't know that I had impacted ear wax, tons of it in one ear, was so bad I lost 80% of my hearing in it, and the other ear though I could hear out of it was 50 Percent filled, not the hard wax like the other one though. I went to a well regarded Urgent Care, the PA there tried he could not do it, he said the wax was so hard I had to go to an ENT Dr as he didn't have the equipment to do it; he irrigated it alot but didnt work.
