Very disappointed with Baracuda pool cleaner - high price and very low quality. After just over 12 months or so their hoses with unnecessary 'fancy' locking system are disintegrating and snapping - and the replacements at Bunnings are ridiculous priced over $20 each - when the universal style are just $5! And the diaphragm in the cleaner barely lasts 6 months or so - and cost around $40 to replace - again terrible design and very poor quality. Will never buy again!
purchased my pool vacuum from Bunnings . Spoke to Barracuda customer service about their vacuum not working .( keeps getting stuck in corners ) Terrible service , didn’t want to know the issue . How can a new vacuum not work correctly in a small pool. Terrible product and service .
Waste of money and poor product support. This item spent a lot of time on it's side going around in circles which we learnt to live with and had to often pull the cable to get it onto it's wheels again. It lasted 27 months until it stopped working totally and I called Barracuda Australia to request a repair under warranty as the Australian Consumer Act states a product should be fit for purpose for 3 years. Stopped working after 2.5 years of purchasing from bunnings. Baracuda refused to fix it as it is out of warranty. Just like the other reviewer. I had to open up and learn to see if it is fixable. Found out the gears made of cheap plastic and worned off! Not buying the same rubish again...
Seriously! Does anyone market test the packaging! 5 minutes to open!!!
