We did a complete backyard remodel including removing concrete for pavers, installing turf instead of grass and a few other upgrades like a retaining wall and lighting. The finished result is lovely. But it took longer than expected, and since we weren’t a “high profile” job (we spent 100K) towards the end they pulled staff and made us keep asking to finish the job.
