I purchased the vehicle and found a couple issues when I got home. I took it back the next day and James made sure they were taken care of. James at Baraboo Auto Sales was friendly and curtious. He was not pushy, like some other salesman out there. I can be difficult to deal with when it comes to all my questions and rebuttals, however, he handled it nicely. He remained opened to what I had to say and wanted to make sure I was satisfied. He even replaced a wiper blade, that after leaving I realized was worn out. He himself deserves the 5 stars! Well came into baraboo auto sales looking at a Cruze after checking the car out I went in and met the salesman James he made the process very easy quick had some issues with my key he jumped onto it immediately to resolve the problem.
Was guided through the entire process with ease and not pressured into getting something not needed. Top notch customer service.
