Literally the best supplier in town. Amazing customer service, product offerings, pricing and an excellent resource when menu planning. They were able to get us through covid with minimal disruptions - something the other large suppliers were unable to do. We have been doing business with Bartur for 40 years, and having compared pricing and service we are not going anywhere.
