So rude to start. And awful at cuts. I was crying because my hair cut was awful and I was so embarrassed. She cut me off and said I am not allowed back because she cannot handle that I was upset when I have every right to me. They cut people off and lie about it and will say they are booked everytime u try. Probably my fault..came in to buy a great shampoo and conditioner..showed a pic of hair that I aspired to..bronde with high lights. I now have a level 2 dark brown/black hair with silver/grey highlights. I immediately called friends that are Professional colorists and are guiding me thru a stripping of toner/color process.. Paid $370.00 for this. Be careful
