Bar Perlieu again sets the standard for Eugene. Grew up here and come back every year and this place is #1 on our list. Traveled the world, lots and Michelin stars and Bar Perlieu is every bit those experiences. Menu carefully crafted with too many good options. Our experience was amazing. Crudo, Foie Gras, scallops and filet. The desserts were really good as well. Do not miss on your way into Eugene.
