These folks are the best they sent me out a part that was missing from the kit unfortunately i waited a long time only to find out not by thier fault but our mail hereit never arrived , I called bar mills they got it out ups the next day . so great kits great service.
Ordered a kit 11/13/25. No confirmation but my credit card was instantly charged. No reply to either of my 2 emails about my order and it is now 12/4/25. Pathetic business model.
Customer service has tanked, not worth dealing with anymore.

The products are great, unique designs. Ordering directly one time, I mistakenly ordered twice. Before I realized my mistake, they had already refunded my money. The sidewalks are very easy to use, and accept thin paint well. My only wish is that the n scale instructions had drawings to scale.
