Getting better. We have avoided this place because of previously bad experiences. Our last visit was good. Beer was cold, service was good and the burger was excellent. Back on our list.
I sat at the bar to eat. I sat there for 15 minutes before the waiter/bartender acknowledged me. There were 3 bartenders that walked by me before the manager who was sitting at the bar observed me being overlooked and instructed one of the bartenders to help me and he told her he was making drinks for other people. I ordered a burger, fries and lemon drop which all was not appetizing. This is the second time I had terrible service and food from this Bar Louie. Our bartender Ashley was amazing on Sunday morning to the afternoon! It was so festive and fun and charismatic! Service was amazing and food was great! Definitely worth the visit 🥰
Went back after 10 yrs. Used to enjoy it. Dropped in Tuesday, was greeted and we sat down no one approached us for 20 minutes. There were 8 employees, that we saw. The only one doing anything was the girl behind the bar and she disappeared often. There was a meeting of employees that started while we were eating. Heard the (manager?) give information on how to serve, who was doing good and someone who hid most of her shift. Why the meeting was held on the floor and in hearing of customers?
