I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at Bar Louie. I called to ask if my pickup order was ready and politely asked if someone could check for me. Instead of helping, the employee responded, “If you see it at the front, it’s ready. Otherwise, I don’t know,” and refused to check. She then repeatedly hung up on us, and after that, they wouldn’t answer the phone at all. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was unacceptable. Great service and drinks. $2.50 red white and blue martinis..
They kick you out after 9pm because the patio becomes an adult only type of place!
Jen our bartender was awesome!! Honestly some of the best drinks we e had in awhile & we drink pretty simple cocktails. The food was amazing! Highly recommend the loaded tots. Definitely worth a visit if you are thinking about it and not sure…just do it! You won’t be disappointed. Thanks, Jen!!
