Absolutely amaozing service delivered, Dylan was more than helpful! He was the definition of amazing service!!! The food was amazing and I never got the feeling that I was forgotten! This place is amazing as when you get there please be sure to ask for Dylan!!!
Showed up last night after Trey Songz concert(11:55), sat outside facing the front(nice view). The server greeted us and said she’ll bring waters…. We waited 5-8 minutes, no waters. Another party were seated 10 minutes after us and they got waters by the same server. We flagged our server, placed our order (hoping to get our order out quick before that party orders). This company tries to force you to pay pick up orders through apps that up charge the menu items. When I called, the employee over the phone refused to take my order. I won’t ever come back here again. You don’t appreciate your customers enough to key in a simple order and take my money. If I was in there face to face you sure would but over the phone that’s just crossing the line I guess. Absolutely disrespectful really.
