I went on a Saturday night around 11 pm. It was dead, just standard loud music playing from the radio. The drinks were good. The appetizers were not house made very mid. When we asked to speak to a manager she refused to come out from the back. Very unprofessional.
Bar Louie is one of the most toxic, dystopian environments I’ve ever stepped foot into. Not a single person cares about the quality of life in there. It’s too hot, the AC is always leaking onto guests, the quality of the food is hit or miss, and those R&B nights and brunches border on dangerous. If you have any complaints, don’t bother going to management because they’ll simply laugh at your problem and tell you that they don’t need your business, anyway. Update: Customer service reached out immediately to make things right. I do appreciate the followup and hope they implement the same level of customer service and changes in the restaurant. Would not recommend for brunch. Very limited menu. I ordered the bacon and egg flatbread which had no egg on it. My friend ordered the omelet and asked for it to just be egg and cheese.
