We were significantly dissatisfied with the service quality. We ordered the "pick-your-own-oyster" and got a 6mm black oyster. During the installation process, we got into an argument over concern on handling of the pearl. The service staff could not de-escalate the situation and we left infuriated. Failure to de-escalate and put customers at ease is a critical mistake especially for jewellery; it is advised to avoid. We were provided a refund, but it came with additional argument...

I'm so glad I found this place! The sweet girl who helped me was the best and it was her first day!! So happy with the pearls I picked and the prices :)
man working there (shoutout adam) was super knowledgeable and did a fantastic job explaining the different parts of the oyster and features of the pearls we got. very fun experience for kids and adults, as it is interactive and not too expensive. i would recommend buying the pearl display/setting elsewhere, as they seemed overpriced at the place. overall a fun and unique experience in bar harbor!
