Store opened 50 minutes later than their posted business hours online and on the door. The employee wasn’t very friendly. We bought a 160$ necklace when asking about the chain and pearls we were told the information is in the pamphlet repeatedly. I’ve never purchased merchandise that you couldn’t ask questions about. Giving 2 stars because the pick a pearl concept is cool and the jewelry was beautiful but there are a lot of local jewelry shops with nice products.
I visited this place on my anniversary trip. I picked a pearl and got a beautiful white one! The lady who helped me was very knowledgeable about the oysters and talked about them as she opened it. It was so fun! I picked a ring and followed all the instructions about not wearing it until the next day. I was very sad when I wore it and at one point looked down and saw that my pearl was gone! The worker there was so nice and amazing very knowledgeable however I picked my pearl which was STUNNING and exactly what I wanted. I followed the instructions to not wear for 6 hours I did longer than that! Work for 4 hrs the day after purchase and my stunning pearl fell off and is no where to be found! The product was not work 90$ I payed and now I don’t even have my over 7mm black pearl!!!!! I’m so sad and disappointed in the craftsmanship / quality! Attached my before and after photos.
The experience at the shop was wonderful. Getting to select a oyster and the suspense of seeing the color and size. We ended up with a classic white and peacock. Great communication when jewelery was ready. We had an issue a few days later with one of the necklaces. The master jeweler went over and beyond to get it correct the issue. The level of customer service was truly remarkable!!!!! This complete experience we stay with us. The necklace is my daughters favorite souvenir.
