Where to start? Catherine is so sweet and knowledgeable. From the second I met her, she made me feel so at ease, like I've known her my own life. She explained every step of the process, and what every product targets to help the skin. I didn't feel like she was trying to sell me products, just making sure I understood exactly what she was using on my face and its benefits. Mon expérience dans son ensemble fut très agréable! On comprend vraiment bien chaque étape du facial grâce aux explications et je me suis senti entre de bonnes mains et en pleine confiance.
