I had the worst customer service experience of my life today. As a small business owner, I cringe to think that a company this size is as unprofessional and unhelpful as they are. I was yelled at, hung up on, and told that I didn't know how to navigate a website that takes your credit card information first, and your order next. If you try to preview your order, you get charged, and you can't get a refund.

Bar code Graphics, literally took advantage of me with my money and didn't do anything to resolve the problem. I ordered a isbn number through this company and it clearly states that you can use it on ******. There argument is that it states on their website you can't use our isbn on creatspace but you can on ******. When really it just says you can use the isbn on ******. This client did not read our website nor terms. He neglected to state in his review that we we do offer refunds up to 7 days but he got back to us 30 days after purchase. His original order was placed on 2/6/17. In accordance to our contract with Bowker (ISBN Agency) we offer two packages for different types of self publishers. There are $55 and $129 packages.
