When the job was first finished it looked good. Within a week it began to leak. They came back and fixed it. About a month later it began to sag by the chimney. They came back and fixed it through the attic. What they did was prop it up. Fast forward 6 years the roof is falling in. They apparently did not replace the rotting wood. When pointed out to them they made it look good until the warranty expired. Yes I called my representative at about 8 months in but got no reply. Now I am paying another company to fix it.
A very professional company, completed the project in a timely manner. Had Jason as my project manager, was easy to contact and made the entire process smooth!
They are super fast when my aunt Nancy calls them. Always coming out within the hour and delivering excellent service. Kudos! Will be lifelong customers!!!
Had Bar-B replace my roof and extend back porch, easiest decision ever to use them, the whole process was easy, from the estimate with Michael, and having Randy and his crew do the job, they are professional and did everything the right way, they paid attention to finishing touches and have been the best contractor I have ever seen at cleaning up, didnt have to pick anything up after they left.
