Complete waste of time and money. They took payment over the phone that supposedly included the referral and consultation (which is, usually free btw). I told them specifically I needed a lawyer who knew about a specific area and she referred me to a bankruptcy lawyer which had nothing to do with my situation so the "consultation" was less than 5 minutes since he knew nothing about it and couldn't even give me advice. Fantastic resource for Lehigh Valley attorneys to network and attend required CLEs. BALC is located in a beautiful facility and all of the employees there are top notch.
BAR is a SCAM, They recommend bad services and are a mockery of justice.
