Owner is a extremely rude and threatening. Service was WAY overpriced.
The quality of the HVAC installation and overall workmanship was disappointing. The system did not perform the way you would expect after the work was completed. The service experience was also frustrating, as communication felt unnecessarily confrontational instead of focused on resolving the issue. When dealing with something as important as a home heating system, you expect professionalism and clear communication, and that was not the experience here.
