Came in for a repair on my engagement ring that took a whopping three weeks, and these people completely botched it. The prongs were completely mangled and misshapen. I had to take it to a different jeweler (who could not believe a "professional" did this), as I did not trust these people to fix their own mistakes. DO NOT bring your expensive or sentimental pieces here.

Rude and short tempered. He started raising his voice at me for mistakes made by his wife. Wife blatantly lied as to what I requested. Never will go back or recommend.

very unpleasant experience and no customer service from the old woman running the store. it was during normal posted regular business hours at mid-day and she had the door locked anyway and i knocked and she told me to come back later and i pointed to the sign and she said well she wanted to go to lunch early. I argued with her and she relented and let me come in to drop off two watches to get new batteries put in them which she made as disagreeable and unpleasant an experience I can recall. Was very disappointed on the workmanship on my watch band that was storten just wanted one link taken out. Could hear the jeweler pounding and struggle with the band, I had already paid to have this service done. Left the jewelers on inspection saw that my watch band was damaged and broken. That day I went out and bought a new watch. I wouldn't go back to have any other services done at that jewelers 🙃

Asked if they can repair a battery on my watches and if there was room for negotiations. Instead they suggest my business elsewhere. I asked why and then declines me because I was “nervous”.
