This is the second time that the woman at the front desk messes up with my job orders. They sent them the orders and she says that there’s nothing in the system from my employer. I do understand that mistakes happen, but twice to the same patient? They need to replace that lady for someone responsible or you will keep losing patients.
Very quick and efficient. Kind, helpful staff.
