If I could give one star I would. My mother went to the er here with severe pain. The doctors treated her like she was lying and condescending. Her doctor was dr. Neighbors and his bedside manner left much to be desired. I know my mother's medical history well and I know how she deals with her pain and I know she was definitely not lying. My doctor. Dr Verma wanted to admit me to the hospital because of a suspected infection from surgery in mid May, on June 8th. It took over 24 hours to get admitted. The room was dirty and the bathroom was nasty. No food was provided until we requeated something. A snack was provided. Housekeeping came by three times, but never did a thing but visit. My mom was admitted for 4 days for diverticulitis. I never saw a doctor once, I had to ask the nurse station to speak to a doctor. The nurse couldn't even come to the room when mom needed help, let alone check on her. Nurse staff would answer the bed button and say someone will be right there, and they never come. Very very short staffed at least for the 4 days she was there. They must be saving staff money for all the renovation they need done. It's a hospital people, staff it!

Had to be admitted 3 times in 2 months, from the ER staff to the nurses on the second floor I couldn't ask for better care. Only the view from the window was limited (but I wasn't there to look out the window).
