The care my mother received at Baptistcare Morrison Gardens was truly exceptional. The staff provided loving, attentive support and always treated her with compassion and professionalism. The environment was warm, welcoming, and genuinely felt like a second home. Communication with the team was outstanding — nothing was ever too much trouble, and they consistently went above and beyond to ensure my mother’s comfort and wellbeing. For a facility in the heart of Midland, the staff here have been pretty impressive. I've been visiting regularly for a good couple of months and dealt with everything from requesting OT assistance, ordering a new bed, dietary requirements and etc talking with the kitchen staff, the careers, the front staff and the caretaker/maintenance person on site and have yet to have a negative encounter, quiet the opposite. Very disappointing home - they forget to give Mum her evening meal and then try to fix her up something ( a bowl of cold soup and a slice of dry bread) forget her afternoon tea. Leave her lying in a wet bed. Some of the carers/ nurses speak to mum in a very unfriendly way. Her insulin and meds are given at the wrong times sometimes. Can’t wait to get her out of there - shocking place
