I’ll also agree this really wasn’t an “urgent care” facility. Got in there and saw few people waiting, was asked to come back for an appointment at 6pm where I was the only patient. Majority of the staff I encountered made me feel like I was in the way and they were all ready to go home. To top it off, the APRN incorrectly diagnosed me (after merely Googling my symptoms in front of me), and only gave me an antibiotic prescription to send me on my way. Yes you have to wait for urgent care but they will assign you a time to come in if you call. I have never been seen later than 10 minutes past my appt time. The technician that took me back yesterday at 1:35pm was great, I visited on March 12, I saw a provider named Leigh Saylor, she came in the room chomping gum, spit it out in her hand and didn't wash her hands before she examined me, she was unprofessional and rude to me. THEY DO NOT ACCEPT WALK-INS, NOT A IMMEDIATE OR URGENT CARE!!! They need to drop the immediate care and walk-ins welcome from their advertising. We changed insurance recently and so had no PCP. Last month I Was having abdominal pain with a temperature and they said I had to make an appointment. Today I took my son who was weezing, difficultly breathing and had a persistent cough x2 weeks with low grade fever. His O2 sat at home was in the low 90’s. We had been turned away at White Wilson because their doctors weren't seeing any patients until after 1pm. My daughter was bleeding profusely from a deep cut on her nose. Drove half a mile down the road to Baptist and were taken to the back immediately. Literally, immediately. The lady at the window took one look, got up, and opened the door to let us back to a treatment room. The staff stayed calm, which helped me calm down. I promise you every 5 star review is one they made themselves. Lucky for them though the hospital in gulf breeze is even worse and if it's urgent driving to Pensacola or fort walton isnt an option. The first chance I get they are getting sued for malpractice and if I can I'll make sure it's class action so anyone whose lives they've made worse by either falsely claiming they are an urgent care or refused to treat can jump in on it too
