Worse minor surgery aftercare customer service. Don't expect to talk to anyone if you have any issues after surgery. They will NEVER call you back. Extremely poor communication. You must stay on hold for over an hour just for someone to tell you they will send a message to someone else, who never calls you back, email, text nothing!!!!!
The staff at the Nassau location are amazing!
Loved this office. Dr. Kristo was amazing. He’s super nice and we did not wait long at all to see. The nurse just left when he walked in and we didn’t sit in long the front lobby area either. Maybe 10 mins, if that. Jodi was super nice as well. My original call to set up the appt and ask some questions, whoever answered the phone was also super nice. Everyone in the office is so pleasant to talk to. 5/5. Would recommend this office to anyone and everyone without hesitation.
