Scheduling the initial visit was easy. Once Stephanie C came into the picture the entire process went downhill - she deserves ZERO STARS. There’s a reason there isn’t a wait to get into their office- do NOT recommend.

I went to the ER with severe pain in my side and my bladder. I sometimes have kidney stones but a ct scan ruled them out. They said I had mild diverticulitis but my bladder symptoms were horrendous and I knew it was something more. I made an appointment with Baptist urology. I saw PA J. Bruland. I explained that I had been diagnosed with mild diverticulitis but that my urinary symptoms were so bad that I questioned whether mild diverticulitis could be causing them. Worse minor surgery aftercare customer service. Don't expect to talk to anyone if you have any issues after surgery. They will NEVER call you back. Extremely poor communication. You must stay on hold for over an hour just for someone to tell you they will send a message to someone else, who never calls you back, email, text nothing!!!!!
