This apartment building is so pitiful. They house low income elderly people and can NEVER keep the elevators running properly. Who inspects these elevators? Why aren't they up to code? How can a property management company allow both ONLY elevators go down at the same time??? Who is held responsible for this?? My mom lives there and I can't go see her because these poor property managers let BOTH elevators go down AT THE SAME TIME!!!! This is sad and ALWAYS in the black communities. My mom is a resident there. She doesn't complain much, but I have an issue with elevator always being broken. She is someone limited mobility and cannot climb the stairs without causing health complications. When she can't get to her medication because the elevator is unexpectedly down, what exactly is she supposed to do? When she has an important appointment and can't risk taking the stairs, how do any of you expect her get to the parking lot? How many residents do you have that are wheelchair bound?
