If you have to come here, don’t get Dr. K. He is misinformed, rude, and has terrible bedside manner.
This is the worst emergency room you can visit. I went there for one hour and charge me $11,000 . Never go there, never go there, never go there.
I found the female doctor to be completely unprofessional. Wanted to examine my lady bits and I said no. She kept on me about it, then had the gull to yell at me. Then she gaslit me. I continued to stand my ground and she stormed out. From there the other doctor seemed tained by her tartness. I asked for the supervisors phone number so the head nurse came in. Bless her little heart. No thank you for the patronization after all that!!!
This urgent care is not good. Not even okay. They mixed up my social security number with another patient. Messed up my phone number, address, birthday, and took a very long time figuring it out. I waited over 3 hours for my "rapid" strep throat test and antibiotics. The front desk couldn't give me any straight answers regarding wait times. Overall I don't recommend this facility if you're expecting urgency and professionalism. Not worth the hassle. Good luck out there🤞
