Building has been newly renovated and staff is terrific.
The care provided is consistently excellent, and the service is pleasant. However, the wait times are consistently lengthy. During my initial appointment, I experienced a wait time exceeding an hour. Despite utilizing the MyChart app, which instructed me to arrive 15 minutes early, pre-paid, and complete my questionnaire, I still had to wait. I had an appointment with Dan and he was absolutely amazing. He listened and I never felt rushed! The staff is incredible as well.
