This has been my go to PCP for a couple of years now and I couldn't be happier with my time here. The entire office always seems to be running smoothly when I'm there. I've rarely if ever been kept waiting to be seen. During my time as a patient I've seen Dr. Hagerbrant and Jennifer Scott, PA-C. I am deeply disappointed in the lack of support and basic care coordination from Dr. Hagerbrant. After a previous experience within this practice where a referral led to a seven-month wait for a specialist—only for the tests to come back negative—I requested a simple, external lab order (H. pylori/SIBO) to determine if a GI specialist was even necessary.
