Although Dr. Soos may be an excellent doctor, keeping his appointments leaves much to be desired. After having an appointment on the books for a year, his office called 2 weeks prior to say they would have to change it. Once changed, I got another call saying they couldn't make that appointment either. After finally getting a date set, I got to the office 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment as requested only to sit in an emptying waiting room for an hour and a half. We were patients of Dr Nielson at Baptist Primary Care in Murabella. When she resigned in December, we were explicitly told that unless we chose Dr Rigaud as our Primary Physician, we would be dropped from the practice. BTW, Dr Riguad is slated to move to the Silverleaf facility as soon as it opens.  So, instead of a 5 minute drive we will have a 15-20 minute drive. Additionally, when I tried to make an illness appointment at Murabella I was told there was no appointments available on that day and to go to Urgent Care. What ... read more

I've used this group for over a year and have been extremely pleased with the staff and service until today. The employee checking me out was not helpful and rude.

Just before 0900 came in for pain 8 days post op. Got the …we have a lot of ambulance runs coming in….and ….they’re cleaning rooms now to transfer people upstairs so it will be a little while before they can see you….spiels. Just after 0900 saw the triage nurse. By 0912 we were in waiting room. Currently 1255 and are still in waiting room.

GREAT DOCTORS AND STAFF. I WALKED IN WITH A O2 LEVEL OF 73 I REALLY WAS HAVING A HARD TIME BREATHING. THIS IS A LITTLE LATE COMING IT HAPPEND ABOUT TWO MONTHS AGO. THANK YOU ALL FOR ALL FOR THE GREAT CARE. MY NAME IS DANIEL.

Baptist Health (BH) engages in hiring discrimination practices. I have applied for multiple open positions with BH in the last two years. Jaime Mahan from BH contacted me a couple of times. She is a dishonest person. She scheduled me appointments a couple of times and never showed up. She told me that I don’t have sufficient experience. I am a doctor with 25 years of experience. I would like to give special thanks to Erica in the Xray department for her extending to me the best customer service one could imagine. She not only addressed my concerns but went out of her way to provide feedback and results. Her follow -up the next day was a great experience not often seen in today's customer service. I am very satisfied with my Dr here but trying to get a phone call to them is terrible.   You wait on hold for at least 30 mins every time you call.   You can NEVER talk to anyone in the office, only some 3rd party office answering the phones.  Customer Service is terrible.
