Never been to this location but I did just get off of the with Tammy and she has been the most pleasant person to speak with. I called during a small mental health episode looking for help for myself and in my personal opinion she went above and beyond! Tammy responded with empathy and compassion, but what i loved more is i could tell it was genuine care...which is rare for myself to experience with anyone these days. I am submitting this complaint regarding my recent experience with a provider who was going to be responsible for completing military paperwork (overseas health screening clearance). Before scheduling the appointment, I made sure it was something they would be able to complete. I came with all required paperwork and the nurse returned the last few pages at the end of the visit, stating it was not required - I then found out it was and we had to bring it back into the office. WE ARE SENIORS NEW TO ATLANTIC BEACH. THIS WAS OUR FIRST VISIT TO BAPTISE PRIMARY CARE AND WE FELT MOST WELCOMED. EVERYONE WITH WHOM WE INTERATED WAS MOST COURTEOUS, FRIENDLY AND WILLING TO HELP IN ANY WAY. THE WAITING ROOM WAS NOT CROWDED AND VERY COMFORTABLE. EVEN THE OTHER PATIENTS SEEMED HAPPY AND HAD A SMILE FOR US. WE FEEL VERY FORTUNATE THAT YOU WERE ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS.
