I recently took my uncle to see his PCP. He was very sick, and he is also deaf. With less than an hours notice, this office was able to secure an interpreter as well as be very kind and gentle with him while he was not feeling well, and was very nervous. I cannot think this team enough. More often than not, It is very difficult to get my uncle a truly wholesome visit from top to bottom with outside providers or specialist. I have been coming to baptist and this specific location for almost 20 years And I can not complaint at all . The care they give is exactly what I expect and I’m a very picky person . The staff is not the friendliest but I do understand, they are all doing 3 to 4 people job due to lack of personal so we all have to be patient with them as well. Doctors that I have the pleasure to call my doctors are awesome and caring. I love here and I have no intention to change any time soon !
