I love my doctor, Dr.Marquez! She’s the best! However, I made one phone call due to emergency and was asking a lot of questions due to personal concerns. A nurse told my mother that “if your daughter (me) threaten me again, her doctor will never take her as her patient”. I was appalled and shocked but more so CONFUSED! Just now I received a letter stated I made two phone calls and was being abusive! I needed a prescription refill that had run out. Called the office to get a refill, to find out there was a 2 week wait to see Dr Sramm. The staff told me to cut my remaining pills in half and take every other day rather than write me a script to cover my wait time to see the doctor.

Best Doctor and Staff on the planet. As a Type 2 Diabetic I have been to many Doctors. Dr. Schramm has a bedside manner and personal touch that has surpassed any Doctor/Patient experience I have ever had. He knows his stuff and spends the time necessary to make sure you understand what's going on and what the next step is. He takes the time to know you, and your medical needs. He has a true calling. This is what this man was born to do.
