BHS Physcians Network runs the MedFirst clinic. The lack of professionalism and patient care at that facility is scary. My mother called in twice over a week with chest pains and was never told to go to the ER and never received a call back. Once at the facility she was made to wait almost 2 hours. When I asked to speak with management they said they were off that day and when I asked for an area manager I was given the name Scott and an incorrect phone number.
