We went in for a consult and the staff and Dr. Baptist spent a lot of time with us explaining the options. The staff was very friendly as well. They outlined pricing so it was easy to understand. Also, the office is very clean, which I appreciated. We haven't made a decision on whether we will do the braces at this time but I would feel very comfortable going with them if we decide to do so.
Dr. Baptist and her staff are truly wonderful. I originally went in just to get a quote, assuming aligners would be more than I was willing to pay but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Appointments are consistently on time and efficient, which I really appreciate. I drive about 50 minutes to get there, it’s completely worth the trip. I had a bad experience with braces and unfriendly doctors as a child, but Dr. Baptist and her team have been amazing.
