Front staff and gen nurses were okay. Doctor Saadatmand was so dismissive and very condescending. Incredibly rude to us during our emergency.
My sister and I decided to try this emergency room instead of driving to my usual emergency room. I was there for sudden severe pain on the left side of my neck. I told the doctor the pain radiates up my left ear, vomiting, little fever just wasn't feeling well. The Dr came in looked in my ears,told me to turn my head left and right. The Dr sat do on the chair stared at me then stated,You got muscle pain" ! No X-rays or any concerns for anything serious. They tried to give me pain medication. Angie & every single staff member was so nice. I was dehydrated and didn’t feel well and they took care of me! There was no wait and it was very clean!
In and Ou!!!! Best 30 minutes ever!!! Doc and nurses were waiting for me when I walked in the room..thank you!!!!!
Took my spouse in for a kidney stone. We were in there for maybe 2 hours. They did a CT scan and provided pain medication. The scan was blurry and poor quality that even the doctor couldn't explain much. We were charged $1,800, which is normal to expensive considering we went through the exact same at another (better) emergency room and paid $1,350.
