The admin staff went over and above to accommodate a MRI order from an out of state physician (which was only approved because I was private pay). Instead of turning me away, they figured out how to add the MD to the system. The tech that did my breast MRI explained everything clearly and was super nice and personable. The female he asked to come in and set me up for the exam had a great attitude and was nice as well. No problem parking, bathrooms were clean, the waiting room was comfortable. They were so helpful and professional
Awful! I received my bill from a screening last July. It was much higher than anticipated, so I reached out to my insurance company who told me Baptist M&S made an error in submitting it to them, and correcting the error would bring the cost down substantially. I tried for months to get Baptist M&S to make this correction and was given the run around. The business office told me the New Braunfels location needed to correct it. Front staff were very nice and professional. I did not have to wait long to be called back. They were transparent about pricing. Facility was clean and decorated nicely. Mammogram and ultrasound tech were very communicative and explained everything to me. I got my results the same day. I'm not sure why there were so many bad reviews. I guess they listened and fixed any issues.
I was recently referred to Baptist Imaging Center for some imaging, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they were able to schedule me. I got an appointment within two days and chose the earliest available time at 7:00 AM. The location is conveniently close to my home, and there was ample parking, including plenty of handicap-accessible spots.
