I arrived around 6:15pm and expected everyone would be rushed given their 7pm scheduled close time. I was pleasantly surprised by the patience, thoroughness and thoughtfulness exhibited by everyone, from the front desk person to the medical staff. Thanks for your professionalism and kindness.
