I was seeing Dr Michael Heck for back pain and I did what he told me to do which was physical therapy and home exercise. After an extended time in therapy I felt a little better but not for long. I have been feeling ill with pain ever day and dealing with it so I called two days ago to get an appointment to come back. His nurse would not give me one so she put him on the phone.
