I can barely even give 1 star to Dr. Rawlinson and his nurse. Both extremely rude, get irritated fast, don’t like a lot of questions, he doesn’t check what you ask him to he just gives you medicine and says it will clear it all up so it doesn’t matter. Whatever you say and they don’t agree with it it’s completely wrong and they don’t care to listen. I don’t understand why people like this work in the medical field or even have jobs still.

BMG has destroyed the family doctor and created a factory with focus number one of productivity towards profits. Long wait times, as in hour + with no explanation, administered improper dosage of meds, days of no call backs, no access to docs by phone, given appt times when docs are not even at work yet, not honest about Paperwork filing timeframes. Last effort to tell them this personally and BMG wanted $135 from me to tell them this because their profit over quality of service was more important. The BMG process takes good... read more
