I have never seen a group of professionals work so quickly and knowledgeable in treating my sister with MS and blood clots and transporting her to Jackson General when she needed to be. Thank you for finding her A-Fib too. She has a few health conditions, but her family still lives her and you all treated her like family. Thank you all!
Best emergency room I’ve ever been to. Every time I go I am treated with a lot of care and empathy as well as I never have had to wait long. Last time I was there I was in and out in under an hour with excellent care
I went there with my 2 yr old who was in respiratory distress. I also had my other 2 older (still minor) children with me, and due to all of the illnesses going around they were not allowed back in the room with us, which made me uncomfortable since nobody else was out there. I had some family come pick them up, and they didn't verify with me who was taking them home, they didn't tell me when they left.
