Everyone was nice and polite and got me in and out in a timely manner with the care I needed
Wait was so much shorter than if I had gone to east.. staff very polite.. I know they had been busy, but was dirty in a lot of places; however, it was a Saturday evening .. had no pillows which was disappointing.. but would rather go to this ER over any other in the city for sure!
