Great service! Nurse Dawn and nurse Katie was exceptional! Provider was very compassionate thorough.
Ms. Jean Ann at ER reception was so sweet. The Dr and nurse that I saw were so nice. The Dr had a great bed side manner. BUT when we were ready to leave, the receptionist that had taken over for Ms Jean Ann was rude. She said my insurance was not current. I said yes ma'am it is. She argued with me. I called the insurance company and yes it was current. My husband took my phone and card back to the office. The insurance company woman told her it was good, she argued with her!
