The initial check in process is a shame!! The staff doesn’t bother to ask people walking in what’s going on if they are checking another individual in, someone waiting could be having heart trouble ( we know from experience) and they wouldn’t know!!! They literally only deal with the person they are checking in at that moment. As I went in for bad chest pain, scared to death and they never looked up!!! The ER check in staff was extremely rude!! Worst experience i have a in long time dr McDaniel is the most unprofessional dr I have seen in a wild he treated me like I was dirt never touched me and told me all he could do is tell me to go to one of the three emergency rooms in Jackson so if I ever go back they tell me he the dr there I will be leaving
