You definitely do not want to go to Baptist primary care on 9 Mile. This Practice is completely incompetent. They do not return phone calls. They do not set Tests or procedures as promised. Their practice administrator never returns your phone calls if you have issues with the providers. I ended up with $1000 medical bill that should have been covered as a preventative care procedure. This practice repeatedly makes mistakes and is extremely unavailable. My husband was ordered a ct scan for the wrong body part and was forced to wait over a month to have the correct ct scan done of his heart. They also are scheduling 2 months out for sick visits. I was informed they are booked out with NEW patient appointments and have no time for sick visits. It seems that you should stop taking new patients if you cannot care for your current patients. Pcp Miranda Jackson is absolutely amazing! The entire staff is friendly and attentive. I can't imagine ever leaving this Dr. Office for another. They actually listen. I definitely recommend this place if you are unhappy with your current physician.
