This practice repeatedly makes mistakes and is extremely unavailable. My husband was ordered a ct scan for the wrong body part and was forced to wait over a month to have the correct ct scan done of his heart. They also are scheduling 2 months out for sick visits. I was informed they are booked out with NEW patient appointments and have no time for sick visits. It seems that you should stop taking new patients if you cannot care for your current patients. Pcp Miranda Jackson is absolutely amazing! The entire staff is friendly and attentive. I can't imagine ever leaving this Dr. Office for another. They actually listen. I definitely recommend this place if you are unhappy with your current physician.

I wish I could give them negative stars. It is so hard to get somebody on the phone for medication concerns, appointment scheduling, transferring my records...absolutely awful. I've been trying for months to get my records transferred when I moved and it seems so unprofessional that I cant get help from anyone.
HORRIBLE. Customer service is not a thing with them. The scheduler I spoke to was short and cut me off when I was trying to explain what I wanted to be seen for. The day of I called the receptionist and asked if she could help me figure out how to print the new paper paperwork online since they wouldn’t email it to me and mid conversation she went “UGH I have to put you on hold” and I waited on hold for 5 minutes until I got rushed off the phone.
