Best experience I've had with a primary in such a long time. This was my first visit here. The whole staff was super friendly and helpful. And my provider, Katelin, was extremely attentive, listened to my concerns, and was very knowledgeable. 10/10 experience
OK I had a a heck of a time reaching anyone yesterday but they did call me back today. Apparently the number provided to me by my health insurance did not reflect their current number. Very sweet, apologetic woman called me to get it sorted out. If you can't get through to them, I'd recommend checking the number
The practitioner who consulted with me in my visit was very cold and rude. When I asked her to repeat herself when she spoke due to me having hearing loss, she seemed annoyed and had a bad attitude. There is a difference between being honest with your patient and being rude and judgemental. I will not be returning to this location again.
They are very friendly and they're bedside manner is impeccable.
