I had my first mammogram here today & I just wanted to brag on my imaging tech, LISA. I don't think I have ever encountered a more friendlier person. She saw that it was my first time & immediately put me at ease. We talked about some misconceptions I had & she informed me about the advances in technology. She promised it wouldn't hurt, & she was right! Overall, I had an EXCELLENT experience! Keep up the good work, Lisa!!! ❤️🤗 You are appreciated! 💐
I was told my insurance had already approved the MRI before I scheduled it. Now, after the appointment, I’ve received a statement saying the claim is still pending (suggesting I may be responsible for the full cost). This is extremely frustrating and misleading and definitely unprofessional. Their wait time is incredibly long, and it’s nearly impossible to reach anyone by phone. A wonderful staff of absolutely beautifully caring women, from the beautiful lady at the front desk who handles the mammograms to the nurse who did the mammogram. Thank you for making today feel like everything is going to be okay.
