My mother just got back home from outpatient surgery today. I waited anxiously at home as she did not want me to attend. I was so happy and pleased to hear how well she was treated today. She stated the nurse doctors and front desk staff were wonderful towards her and her husband. 10/10 for compassion and customer service thank you for treating my 73 year old mother with care!
Took my mom for an mri, only to find out the entrance doors weren't operable and they were making people walk to another entrance. Which in itself isn't an issue. There were no signs, however. I witnessed two wheelchair bound people, my mum included, struggling to get out of their car only to return to their vehicle and struggle to get back in and go to an alternate entrance. Worked my wife in for a MRI so we didn't have to do visits to Memphis in 1 week. Very efficient and friendly service
